I found yoga as an escape from a busy life pursuing education and corporate success. After a few degrees, many cities and  career choices later, the ego seemed to grow & grow and my happiness diminish. On my mat I started grounding down again as a path to self-discovery, peeling away all those layers that were never really "me".

I still work in the corporate world, but this time I am happy. Yoga has brought so many benefits, not only physical, but peace and harmony to my overall being. As a result I am more driven and focused in my life, career and health. I am healthiest and fittest in my 30s than I ever was in my 20s.


In December 2016, I have completed my 200 Hour YTT certification at The House of Yoga. I hope to spread the love and my knowledge of yoga to help others find their grounding, particularly those who may be overwhelmed by what modern life throws at them.

Yoga is not just a physical practice to attain flexibility (while that is one of the outcome of the practice) it is a way to self-explore. It has brought me trust, confidence, structure and calm to a lot of areas in my life, including my career.

Since then I have also completed further trainings in NuPower Yoga (known as Sculpt Yoga) and 90 Hour Yin Training with Cal Wansbrough.

You can practice yoga safely at the comfort of your home, all you need is your mat!
