Do you have a goal or a plan, but no matter how much time passes, or how many times you thought about it, nothing seems to change or shift in your life?
Through our coaching conversations, I will support and challenge you to achieve your goals; whether you want to start your own company, find a better work life balance, or work on your relationship(s) - each session* will bring you closer and closer to that destination.
We do this by understanding how our brain works (neuroscience). Once we know how we are wired as human beings, we start to take matters into our own hands, and by the end of our coaching sessions, I will also have equipped you with the skills and techniques to self-coach in the future.
