"The fruit of your own hard work is the sweetest"
What got you into coaching/consulting?
I truly believe there is a purpose for everyone.
What is it that gets you so immersed into an activity that you forget everything else around you? Mine was always to help others. The most rewarding part of the day is when I could be of assistance or support someone and help them find an insight and make a breakthrough.
Using my HR experience, pursuing my coaching studies, teaching and practicing yoga and ayurveda, I decided to find my own coaching and wellness service, to be able to bring more balance and harmony to people.
What are your experiences/qualifications?
Years of HR experience in international organisations such as adidas and BP.
MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis - King's College London
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (level 5)- King's College London
Result Trained Coach - Neuro-Leadership Institute
RYT 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Tell me more about you!?
I am also a registered and certified yoga teacher. Teaching yoga and mindfulness is another way for me to help people develop and transform, physically, mentally and emotionally. Practicing yoga was a way for me to explore myself, my passion, and grow on a daily basis. It helped me become a better version of myself, which made me pursue my 200 hour teacher training.
